WHO WE ARE

Snap & Shoot is a photography, photo booth and social media business serving Placer County, Sacramento, the Bay Area and nearby areas. Questions about this policy go to hello@snapandshoot.net.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you send a booking request or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, event date, location and event details.

Like most websites, our host may log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.

HOW WE USE IT

We use your information to answer you, plan and deliver your session or event, send invoices and deposit links, and share your photos with you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

WHO HELPS US

We use trusted services to run the business: Hostinger (website hosting and email), Square (invoices and card payments), and Google (email and file storage). They only get what they need to do their job. We never see or store your full card number; Square handles payments.

YOUR PHOTOS

Your photos are delivered in a private online gallery. We may share a few favorites in our portfolio or on social media. If you would rather we did not, just tell us before or after your session and we will keep them private.

COOKIES

This site uses only the cookies it needs to work. We do not use advertising trackers.

YOUR CHOICES

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@snapandshoot.net and we will take care of it. We keep booking records as long as needed for taxes and our own records.
